Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date
- Products must be in original, unopened condition
- Original packaging and labels must be intact
- Products must not be expired
- Return must include original receipt or proof of purchase

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Carefully package your return items with:
- RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package
- Original packaging and all included materials
- Copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Defective or damaged products: We pay return shipping
- Wrong item sent: We pay return shipping
- Customer satisfaction returns: Customer pays return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
Return Address
Ship returns to the address provided by our customer service team with your RMA number. Do not send returns to our corporate offices.
Refund Processing
Processing Time
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the returned items within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Refund Amount
Refunds include the full purchase price of returned items. Original shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
- We'll prioritize processing your new order once the return is approved
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Expired products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage or defect

- No need to return damaged items unless requested

We currently only ship within the United States, so international returns are not applicable at this time.
