At Alpha Plants, we're committed to getting your supplements to you quickly and safely. We ship all orders from our facilities in the United States.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we're working to expand our shipping areas in the future.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped with tracking information.

🚀 Overnight Shipping

Cost: $24.99
Carrier: FedEx Overnight or UPS Next Day

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

PO Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to PO Boxes using USPS services only. For military APO/FPO addresses, standard shipping rates apply with delivery times of 7-14 business days.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look around your delivery area (porches, mailboxes, etc.)
  • Wait 24-48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
  • Contact us if the package doesn't arrive within 48 hours

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Weather and Holiday Delays

Shipping times may be extended during severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or peak holiday seasons. We'll notify customers of any known delays and work to minimize shipping disruptions.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We're working to expand our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international delivery in the future.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first. Contact customer service immediately for any changes.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • International addresses
  • US territories (working to add support)
  • Freight forwarding services
